Lexington Police Chief Terrence Green
The Lexington Police Department reported a collision on Augusta Road (US-1) at Stoneridge Drive, around 8:30, Monday night. The crash resulted in the closing of the inbound and outbound lanes.The wreck was caused by an impaired driver who was arrested for DUI, according to the police. One person was transported to the hospital by EMS.
