Units from the Lexington Police Department and Lexington County Fire responded to a collision at the 5400 block of Sunset Blvd (US-378.) Both inbound lanes were closed as a result of the crash.

Traffic on Sunset Blvd was detoured onto Whiteford Way around the scene of the crash. It was caused by a driver failing to yield the right of way.
