New Shrubs planted in West Columbia by West Columbia Beautification Foundation, Public Works

Have you seen the new shrubs on state Street? The West Columbia Beautification Foundation in a partnership with the City of West Columbia Public Works Department are replanting shrubs around West Columbia.
