Irmo Fire District
Irmo Fire units were on the scene of two separate vehicle collisions on opposite sides of I-26 close to Mile Marker 105, over the weekend. Both accidents involved minor injuries. Crews worked with to-truck companies Friday afternoon to remove all of the cars involved from the road.

Upon arrival, crews found the kitten stuck in the steering column of a vehicle. The kitten was safely extricated and sustained no injuries.
