Brookland-Cayce lost to Oceanside, 8-5, Wednesday at Oceanside. The loss in the SC state high school baseball playoffs ends BC’s playoff run. With two wins at Oceanside, the Bearcats would have won the Lower State Championship. BC finished the 2022 season at 21-5; Region Champions; District Champions; Lower State Runner-Up.
