Have you seen the new shrubs on state Street? The West Columbia Beautification Foundation in a partnership with the City of West Columbia Public Works Department are replanting shrubs around West Columbia. The new shrubs are also being planted on 12th Street, Charleston Highway and Jarvis Klapman Boulevard, according to Jamie Hook, public works director.
