Earle Williams gets Chamber’s Lifetime Achievement Award

Earle Williams, former West Columbia mayor, received the Greater Cayce-West Columbia Chamber of Commerce’s Lifetime Achievement Award Tuesday night. Williams accepted the award at the Chamber’s 2015 Annual Dinner.
