The Cayce Fire Department and Columbia’s HazMat Team were on the scene of a fuel spill from a tractor trailer. It happened before noon Thursday, on I 77 at the north bound mile marker 2. One lane of traffic was shut down and drivers were asked to use caution traveling through the area.
