All portions of the West Columbia Riverwalk and Amphitheater will be open beginning at sunrise on Tuesday, January 31, after being temporarily closed due to flooding. The Cayce Riverwalk has reopened. City staff have cleaned up the trail after being temporarily closed due to flooding.
