Units from the West Columbia Police Department and the West Columbia Fire Department were on the scene of a vehicle crash around 3 p.m. Thursday. The crash occurred at the intersection of 12th Street and Sunset Boulevard. One lane of traffic was affected as emergency crews worked to clear the site.
