One lane of Highway 321, at the Highway 21 split, was closed Wednesday afternoon due to an overturned tractor-trailer. No injuries were reported, but emergency response personnel asked motorists to seek an alternate route, and to slow down while the area was being cleared.

Lexington County Sheriff Jay Koon has placed four deputies on paid administrative leave while SLED investigates the incident on I-26, in which an armed assailant was shot and killed.
