West Columbia passes 1st reading of budget, water-sewer fees and H-Tax

Motorcycle accident results in fatality

A 2013 Harley Davidson motorcycle ran off the right side of the road and hit a culvert, killing the rider.   The name of the victim has not yet been released by the Lexington County Coroner.
