A collision on Columbia Avenue (US-378) at Berly Street had multiple lanes closed, in Lexington Monday. First responders were on the scene working to clear the area. All lanes were eventually opened. The cause of the collision was a driver operating a vehicle too fast for conditions. LPD Photo
