Portion of West Columbia Riverwalk temporarily closed

There was a lot of rain Sunday night. Because of rising water on the Congaree River, a portion of the West Columbia Riverwalk – from Moffatt Street to the Gervais Street Bridge – is temporarily closed to the public due to flooding.

Car rolls over on Sunset Boulevard, driver taken to hospital

The Lexington Police Department reported a rollover collision on Sunset Boulevard (US-378) at Corley Mill Road around 4:30 p.m., Monday.
