Trinity Baptist Church hosts Candlelight Service in Worship Center after fire damage

The repair is not complete, but Trinity Baptist Church in Cayce held its Christmas Eve Candlelight Service, Saturday, anyway.
The service was held in the church’s Worship Center that was damaged by an alleged arsonist, who set it on fore, in February.

A post on Trinity’s Facebook page reads: “someone attempted to steal Trinity’s joy and excitement” (Link to Trinity’s Facebook Page)

But the church has been repaired to the point the Candlelight Service returned, Saturday. And the church’s post stated: “God prevailed and has carried us through the year. A lot of adjustments have been made this year so that each week we can lift His name high and sing his praises. This Christmas, we wanted to capture a glimpse of the past Candlelight services and have it in our Worship Center. Even though the decorations won’t be up, carpet won’t be on the floors, words with beautiful backgrounds won’t be on big projection screens, it will still be a special time for our church family – to gather together again in that special place for that special moment where we sing to Him with our candles in the air – forever praising his name.”
