With the return of the sun, there is some good news. After some hard work by the Cayce Parks Department, Phase 1 and 2 (Blossom Street bridge to Cayce Cove) are open. As is Phase 4 and the Timmerman Trail.

Due to excessive rainfall, the first phase of the Cayce Riverwalk is closed. The first phase is from the Blossom Street Bridge to the Cayce Cove Apartments. The remaining 18+ miles of trails on the Riverwalk and the Timmerman Trail are open.

The City of Cayce announced Wednesday the installation of new interpretive wayside exhibits (signs) along the Cayce Riverwalk and 12,000 Year History Park. The information came from Ashley Hunter, City of Cayce Spokeswoman.
