The South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED) charged Jason Vincent Carnavale, 41, with Exposure of Private Parts in a Lewd and Lascivious Manner, and Disseminating Harmful Material to a Minor on Tuesday. The SLED investigation was requested by Lexington County Sheriff’s Department.

A video recording on March 20, by the 16-year-old victim shows Jason Carnavale exposing his “fully erect penis in the presence of the victim.” In the video, Carnvale is heard saying “Don’t tell anyone,” after exposing himself, according to the warrant.

Carnavale was booked into the Lexington County Detention Center. The case will be prosecuted by the South Carolina Attorney General’s Office.
