Irmo Fire District responds to crash that closed Lexington County road

Irmo Fire District and Lexington County EMS were on the scene of a vehicle accident with injuries. It occurred Thursday around 2 p.m., in the 3700 block of Fernandina Road. The road was completely blocked, and EMS crews said delays were expected in the area and to use alternate routes.
