Sophomore Juwan Gary scored 34 points Tuesday night as Gray Collegiate Academy of West Columbia defeated Saluda, 116-69. Gray will face Keenan at 5:30 p.m. Friday in the Upper State Championships at Greenville’s Bon Secours Wellness Arena. Gray has beaten Keenan twice this season.

You may have noticed personnel from the  Public Works Department in Springdale picking up garbage. They are in a nice new truck. It’s a great addition to the Town.

Gray Collegiate in West Columbia defeated  Andrew Jackson 93-to -41 Saturday in 2A high school basketball playoff action. It is the second playoff win for Gray. The War Eagles defeated Chesnee last week, 114-to-33. In Saturday’s game, Gray’s Juwan Gary scored 39 points.
