The West Columbia Fire Department, Engine 2, is on the scene of a two-alarm commercial structure fire in the 4400 block of St. Andrews Road. The WCFD reported the fire before 8:30 a.m. Thursday. The West Columbia crew is providing assistance to the Irmo Fire District.
