Irmo Fire responds to blaze at an apartment building

Irmo Fire District crews were on scene of a structure fire in an apartment building on Beacon Hill Road in Irmo, Sunday evening. Units from Columbia Fire and Lexington County Fire were also on hand. The fire was extinguished quickly and the building was saved. The cause is under investigation, and there were no injuries.
