Tree falls, blocks Gibson Road in Lexington

A large tree fell in the 100 block of Gibson Road, Sunday afternoon. Lexington Police officers were directing traffic around the tree. Later, Gibson Road, between Bickley Street and South Lake Drive (SC-6) was closed. The Lexington Parks Department responded to remove the tree from the road.
