Overturned tractor-trailer closes 1 lane of Highway 321 in Lexington County

One lane of Highway 321, at the Highway 21 split, was closed Wednesday afternoon due to an overturned tractor-trailer. No injuries were reported, but emergency response personnel asked motorists to seek an alternate route, and to slow down while the area was being cleared.

Woman killed in Lexington County crash is identified

Lexington County Coroner Margaret Fisher has identified the individual who died in a motor vehicle collision.  It occurred in the 3500 block of Augusta Highway near Gilbert at approximately 5:50 a.m on Wednesday.
