The National weather Service has issued a tornado watch is in effect until 9 p.m. for the following South Carolina counties:  included are Abbeville Aiken Allendale Anderson Bamberg Barnwell Calhoun Cherokee Chester Edgefield Fairfield Greenville Greenwood Hampton Laurens Lexington McCormick Newberry Orangeburg Richland Saluda Spartanburg Union York.
