The cab of a tractor-trailer burned in front of the McDonald’s on Sunset Boulevard in West Columbia, Sunday around 2:30 pm.

Crews from West Columbia fire and police, and Lexington County Fire and EMS were on the scene.

Scott Morrison, assistant West Columbia Police Chief, said no one was injured, but the road was blocked, and would be blocked for a while while crews removed diesel fuel from the road.
