20,000 without power in Lexington County

There were 10,010 homes in Lexington County with no power around 7 a.m. Saturday, according to SCE&G. By 8:45 a.m. there were close to 20,000 without power in Lexington County. The company anticipated 100,000 outages from Hurricane Matthew. The category 2 hurricane brushed the coast near Hilton Head overnight.
