It was announced in November that Irmo Lock Company purchased property for its second location in the Columbia market at 538 Knox Abbott Drive in Cayce.

The new business will be named “The Modern Locksmith.” The unique shaped building is across from the Brookland-Cayce High School basketball arena.
Crews have been on the site lately, working on the building.
