Lexington County Coroner Margaret Fisher has identified the person who died in a single vehicle accident that occurred in the 400 block of McLee Road in the Lexington area of Lexington County at approximately 3:30 p.m., Sunday.

According to Fisher, Ms. Wanda Geiselle Colburn, 63, of Lexington was traveling southbound on McLee Road when her vehicle left the road on the right side striking a tree. Ms. Colburn was pronounced dead at the scene from the injuries she sustained.

The South Carolina Highway Patrol and the Lexington County Coroner’s Office continue to investigate this incident.
