Lexington County Coroner Margaret Fisher has identified the individual who died in a single-motorcycle accident at the 2-mile-marker of I-77 in the Cayce area of Lexington County at approximately 11:49 a.m. on Feb. 4.

According to Fisher, Mrs. Tiffany Lee Livingston, 43, of Statesville, NC was the passenger on a
motorcycle traveling northbound on I-77 when the rear tire blew causing the motorcycle to crash. Mrs.
Livingston, who was wearing a helmet, was transported to an area hospital where she was pronounced
dead on Saturday (Feb. 24.) The driver of the motorcycle was transported to an area hospital with non-
life-threatening injuries and later released.

The Lexington County Coroner’s Office and South Carolina Highway Patrol continue to investigate the
incident.
