Willie McCoy, Richard Reese and Mike Oliver were recognized at the West Columbia City Council meeting Tuesday night. The three are retiring from the city’s public works department.

Public Works Director Jamie Hook, Superintendent of Sanitation Ryan Miles, the Mayor, and Council recognized three employees from the sanitation department for their many years of service to the city and wished them the best in their retirement. West Columbia residents hold the city’s sanitation personnel in high esteem for their dedication to their jobs.
