The lot at Cougar Drive and Sunset Boulevard in West Columbia is for sale. It’s a half-acre lot. It’s across from Palmetto Citizens Federal Credit Union. Bank of America and Goodwill Industries are across Sunset Boulevard from the lot. Northside Middle School and Riverbank Elementary are on Cougar Drive, not far from it.

Recently work crews have been on the site, clearing it so it can be developed. Some trees and underbrush have been taken off of the property and it is being leveled. At one time there was a house on the lot.
