Miss SC / NC United States Pageant was held in Charlotte, NC on January 20, 2018. The winner of the Little Miss SC United States was Sarah-Katherine Cantrell of West Columbia, SC.  She is the daughter of Joshua and Kayce Cantrell.  Sarah-Katherine will compete in Orlando, FL this summer for the title of Little Miss United States.
