The City of West Columbia’s Recycling Day is Saturday (Oct. 23). You can bring and dispose of scrap metal, electronics, paper, tires, dry paint and prescriptions to West Columbia City Hall, 200 N. 12th St., West Columbia. No commercial waste.

The West Columbia Fire Department will donate all scrap metal proceeds to the SC Children’s Burn Center.
