City of West Columbia offices will be closed Monday, October 5, 2015 due to inclement weather. People are asked to check the city’s website at www.westcolumbiasc.gov for information on when city offices will reopen Tuesday, October 6, 2015. Only emergency services and critical area West Columbia personnel should report to work.

Also closed: Springdale Town Hall will be closed Monday. Trash pickup will take place Monday on a later schedule than usual.
The Dickerson Center will be Closed on Monday, October 5th due to weather.
Zesto will be closed Monday due to the weather and road conditions. Please be safe and come get your chicken fix when we reopen on Tuesday!
West Columbia Sanitation Schedule Change for Monday, October 5
Due to hazardous weather and road conditions, the City of West Columbia will not run its regular sanitation route on Monday, October 5. Customers on the Monday route should not place yard trash or household garbage for collection until Tuesday, October 6, 2015 before 7 AM. Collection services for customers on the Monday route will be conducted on Tuesday. In an effort to keep Storm water systems free from obstruction and keep roadways safe for travel, customers are reminded to not place yard trash beyond the curb or in the street or near storm drains.
