The City of West Columbia has posted an historical photo of West Columbia on its Facebook page. Visible is what is now Terra and Ed’s Editions and a couple of buildings now longer standing.

It is a view of State Street looking at Meeting Street, circa 1961. The credit for the photo goes to Mr. GL Locklear. Mr. Locklear researches family histories and has collected many photos and stories about West Columbia and the surrounding area.
