Several units from the West Columbia Police Department and the West Columbia Fire Department were on the scene of a crash on Sunset Boulevard Tuesday afternoon after 4 p.m.
From Mid-Carolina Marine (718 Sunset Blvd.) to 12th Street, including 9th Street, the streets were blocked off.

A disabled box truck was in the middle of the street and a smaller vehicle was on a tow truck as police officers directed drivers around the the crash area.
