The West Columbia Police Department has partnered with the Lexington County Sheriff’s Department to raise money for “Cops on the Coop.” Officers from both agencies are at the West Columbia Chick-fil-A Thursday through Saturday accepting donations for the Special Olympics, said West Columbia Police Chief Scott Morrison. Officers from the Cayce Public Safety Department were also on hand. Lexington Police officers were at the Chick-fil-A at Saluda Pointe, Lexington.
