West Columbia Police initiate summer clean-up program for seniors, disabled citizens

The West Columbia Police Department along with citizen volunteers will be conducting a summer clean-up program for senior citizens and disabled citizens needing assistance with projects such as: mowing, yard work and minor debris removal.

The program was started on May 4, and continues thru Sept. 1. Church leaders, Police and Fire Officials, Homeowner Association Leaders and West Columbia Citizens are all encouraged to help identify and locate those in need of assistance.
