Crews from Irmo Fire and the West Columbia Fire Department responded to a vehicle wreck with entrapment, around 8 a.m. Monday morning.

Removing an occupant from the car required a “blow out” or removing both doors and the center post. The extrication was completed and all occupants were removed safely and placed in the care of EMS.
