West Columbia Councilman Eric Fowler with Mayor Joe Owens. It was Fowler’s last meeting as a councilman.

Eric Fowler received a resolution from West Columbia City Council Tuesday. Fowler served on council for 24 years. He chose not to run in the Nov. 3, election this year.
