The City of West Columbia held a Clean-Up Day at City Hall, Saturday. 

City personnel and equipment was on hand to collect electronic devises, paint cans, tires and other  items that needed to be disposed of. There was a paper shredding truck on site too.

Jamie Hook, West Columbia Public Works Director, said Saturday’s response was steady, with brisk early-morning activity, and a flurry of traffic just before noon, when the collection at city hall ended.
