West Columbia City Council proclaimed Oct. 15, as the 4th Annual South Carolina Latino Business Day. A copy of the proclamation document was presented it to Ulyses Chaves, of Mota Crosslinking Business Academy – Academia de Negocios. The proclamation recognizes the Latino impact on West Columbia. Mayor Pro-Tem Trevor Bedell presented the proclamation. The presentation was at the West Columbia City Council meeting, Tuesday.
