West Columbia Beautification Foundation’s Taste on the River is a culinary and aesthetically pleasing evening

The 9th Annual West Columbia Beautification Foundation’s Taste on the River was an unforgettable evening celebrating the vibrant local food scene in the Midlands in support of the ongoing beautification efforts in West Columbia. The extraordinary culinary experience was held at Stone River on the Congaree River in West Columbia. The event included a silent auction and unlimited tastings from renowned restaurants.

“We’re thrilled with the turnout tonight,” said Kathy Whetzel, WCBF President. “The funds we’re raising go toward irrigation and foliage as a part of the beautification of the medians on Highway 1, or Augusta Highway. We thank everyone who bought a ticket and took their time to come out and support our effort to help West Columbia become more aesthetically pleasing.”
