The West Columbia Beautification Foundation’s Taste on the River event was held Tuesday night. Its guests  filled  the Stone River facility in West Columbia.

The fundraiser drew more than 150 guests to sample food from West Columbia restaurants.

It was sponsored by Estates and Companies; Mooneyhan’s Auto Service; Something Borrowed, and McGee Real Estate.

Proceeds from the event will be used to plant trees, and to spruce up various areas of the city.
