The water line relocation planned for today has been postponed due to weather conditions. Water customers in the described area do not need to boil water at this time.

Construction activity impacting water availability has been postponed until Saturday (Jan 2) from 9 a.m. until 8 p.m.

Water customers in the described area can expect a lapse in service on Jan. 2 after which time a boil water advisory will be in effect. Water customers may check the city of West Columbia website at www.westcolumbiasc.gov for updates on the boil water advisory.
Water customers may also contact customer service at City Hall between 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday at 803.791.1880. Emergencies occurring after hours and on weekends and holidays should be reported to the West Columbia Police Department at 803.794.0721.
