The ribbon-cutting ceremony for Pretty Pictures Photography was held Friday.  Pretty Pictures Photography and owner Vickie Lovett will operate a studio within the Cayce-West Columbia Chamber of Commerce building at 1006 12th Street, Cayce.  Lovett has been in business 27 years. Pictured are Vickie Lovett (with succors) Cayce Mayor Elise Partin, C-WC Chamber Board President Dondee Lewis, Bruce (Vickie’s husband) John Banks of the Chamber and friends.
