Elka Makenna James

Elka James has been located and returned to her family, according to a release Sunday evening from the Cayce Public Safety Department.

The Cayce Department of Public Safety is currently seeking assistance in locating Elka Makenna James. Miss James (pictured) is a 14-year-old white female that has been reported as a runaway by her parents.

James was last seen on Sunday Jan. 3, 2016 around 8:30 p.m. at her home off of Sunnyside Dr. in Cayce. She stands 4’10” tall and weighs 100 pounds. She has shoulder-length blonde hair but has dyed it black, blue, and purple in the past.

She attends George I Pair in West Columbia and may be staying in the Cayce / West Columbia area with friends.
