A tip from the public led us to Corey Jorell Eaglin’s location. He has been apprehended and more charges are pending.

Initial report- Lexington County Sheriff’s Deputies are searching for a detainee who escaped from Lexington Medical Center Monday afternoon.

A deputy began watching Corey Jorell Eaglin, 37, at around 11 a.m. Eaglin managed to flee around 2:30 p.m.

Eaglin was last seen wearing a hospital gown with black undergarments. He has a colostomy bag and is missing the lower portion of one arm as well as one eye.

He is a black male standing 5’11” tall and weighs approximately 104 lbs. Eaglin has black hair and brown eyes.

Eaglin was arrested Monday morning following a domestic violence incident. He also has three outstanding warrants related to drug charges.
