Truck was stuck on railroad track in the Dooley Road area of Lexington County, emergency crews respond and remove it
Lexington Police asked drivers to avoid Dooley Road from Old Two Notch Road to the traffic circle in the dark hours of Monday morning. A vehicle was stuck on the railroad tracks with the arm bars down. Dooley Road was inaccessible to regular traffic. Emergency personnel were on scene and detours were put in place.
Around 5:30 a.m. Dooley Road was opened just in time for school traffic. Once the truck was removed, the sensors kicked back in and the arm bars are functioning properly.
