Tribute for Trees raises $50,000 for West Columbia Beautification Foundation – Photos of event

The Fifth Annual Tribute for Trees Gala drew its largest crowd ever to the Brookland Room of the West Columbia City Hall Tuesday evening.

Keep The Midlands Beautiful Executive Director Jacqueline Buck, who is retiring, was honored for her contributions to the West Columbia Beautification Foundation and the WCBF received two large contributions.

The Irmo Arbor Day Committee donated $20,000 and the Moore-Taylor Law Firm gave $10,000. In all, WCBF Chairwoman Melissa Sprouse-Browne announced the proceeds from the night at $49,540.
